Is it still running a stop sign if the stop sign that is usually there is mysteriously missing?
I noticed the missing sign and just (safely) blew through that thing singing —
"Mmmf. Hammer time. Can't touch this!"
There's just no stopping me!
For reference: M.C. Hammer's 1990 hit "U Can't Touch This," the song that made baggy pants and the phrase "Hammer time" famous. I'm not sure it was written for traffic laws.
